Mother's day was lovely but time doesn't stay still for anyone and not far away is that delicious time of Easter.
There is the relegious side which means a great deal to Christians with the stories of the crucifixion and death of Jesus and then the wonderful resurrection of him at Easter. A truly memorable week end in the Christian calendar that is celebrated the world over and with the new Pope it will have even more meaning.
On the other side there are many celebrations, gatherings and parties that people enjoy over this period and people buy chocolate eggs, bake special things and have games to collect eggs from the garden.
Mums generally see this as a way to bring eveyone together, cooking fabulous meals for all the family and friends, so don't forget to get her a bunch of wonderful flowers of Tulips, daffodills or any other bright and colourful spring flowers. And give her an egg or bake her something nice to show you care.
Whatever you do have a lovely time.
