DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Q: Do you offer same day flower delivery in Brighton?
A: Yes — we offer same day flower delivery across Brighton and Hove. Simply order online or call us on 01273 504904 before 12pm Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday, and we'll hand-deliver a freshly made bouquet the same day. Every arrangement is made to order in our Brighton shop — never pre-packaged, always fresh.
Q: What areas do you deliver flowers to?
A: We deliver flowers across Brighton, Hove, and a wide area of East and West Sussex, including Worthing, Lewes, Shoreham-by-Sea, Portslade, Lancing, Saltdean, Rottingdean, Peacehaven, Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Burgess Hill, Ditchling, Southwick, and many more. We cover postcodes BN1, BN2, BN3, BN41, BN42, BN43, BN44, BN5, BN6, BN7, BN11, BN12, BN13, BN14 and BN15. Our full delivery area runs from Worthing in the west to Lewes in the east, and as far north as Burgess Hill.
Q: How much does flower delivery cost?
A: Our local delivery fee is £3.95 across Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas listed above. You can also collect your order for free from our shop at 93 Preston Drove, Brighton, BN1 6LD — just select click and collect at checkout.
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but we do our best to accommodate any requests noted at checkout. If you need flowers delivered by a particular time — for example, for a morning birthday surprise or a funeral — please call us on 01273 504904 and we'll do everything we can to help.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not at home when you deliver?
A: If nobody is available to receive the flowers, we'll try to leave them safely at the property or with a neighbour, and leave a card letting the recipient know. If we are unable to leave them safely, we'll leave a card with our contact details so you can arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Please note that redelivery may incur an additional charge.
Q: Do you deliver flowers on Sundays?
A: Our shop is closed on Sundays except for special dates such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. During these periods we do offer Sunday delivery — keep an eye on our website and social media for details ahead of key dates.

A: Yes — we regularly deliver to hospitals, care homes and hospices across Brighton and Hove. Please include the full name of the recipient, their ward or room number, and the full address of the facility when placing your order.
