What will happen if the recipient is out?

If there is nobody to receive the delivery, we will endevour to find a neighbour who is willing to take delivery on the recipients behalf and leave an Important Message card detaiing where they have been left or we will leave the bouquet safely at the property if possible.  Alternatively, if no one is able to take delivery on the recipients behalf, we leave a card to say that we have called, along with our contact details. You can then arrange a convenient time for your re-delivery or collection that day or the next. We will do our best to re-deliver on the same day, but may have to reschedule for the next day - re-delivery will require an additional delivery charge..
