- Personalised gift card with a hand-written message from you with all bouquets and arrangements - when placing an online order, you will be prompted, at the checkout stage, to add your message which we will hand write for you

- Elegantly gift wrapped, finished in beautiful tissue paper and tied with a raffia bow and delivered in an aqua-pack
- Guard Petals - every rose comes with outer guard petals which protects the flower during growth. We know some florists remove them as they can be considered a non-perfect due to a different colour and complexion. However, we always leave the guard petals in place to protect the rose during delivery. You can remove the guard petals, if you prefer, by simply pealing them away.

- Please review the flower care page (on this website). When you receive flowers you must remove the wrapping and plastic, cut the string holding the bouquet together. Make sure you do not place flowers (bouquets or arrangements) in direct sunlight as the flowers will wilt much more quickly. Please trim the stems and change the water every 2-3 days. For bouquets, add the flower food provided.

Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
