- FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY (order must be placed by 2pm - orders placed after 2pm will be made on the next available delivery date). FREE DELIVERY also applies to all future dates (i.e. not just next day free delivery). All out of town deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and are subject to the terms of Royal Mail.
- Personalised gift card with a hand-written message from you with all bouquets and arrangements - when placing an online order, you will be prompted, at the checkout stage, to add your message which we will hand write for you
- Flowers are delivered in a custom designed gift box which can fit through your letterbox. The flowers will be carefully packed and presented in beautiful tissue paper. All flowers will have a care guide and flower food included.
- Guard Petals - every rose comes with outer guard petals which protects the flower during growth. We know some florists remove them as they can be considered a non-perfect due to a different colour and complexion. However, we always leave the guard petals in place to protect the rose during delivery. You can remove the guard petals, if you prefer, by simply pealing them away.
